Got questions? Reach out to your TAB provider for more information.

Don’t have a project? Put this on your list of must-attend panels. The audience won’t just be sitting in the stands! In addition to listening in on incredibly valuable expert advice, all audience stakeholders are welcome to ask questions and will vote on the best pitch presentation, which is most likely to succeed, and which project you would invest in. So saddle up and see you in Oklahoma City!

The Redevelopment Rodeo offers a unique opportunity to take part in an interactive forum featuring property pitch presentations that represent the full range of redevelopment opportunities and challenges followed by feedback and input from expert “wranglers” and audience stakeholders. In advance of the Rodeo, EPA Technical Assistance to Brownfield (TAB) providers (CCLR, KSU, NJIT), will issue a national call for applications for prioritized brownfield projects facing a range of common redevelopment challenges. Pitch presentations by three selected municipalities will be followed by expert comments and suggestions on strategies to overcome project obstacles. Audience participation is encouraged and everyone votes on best presentation. Municipalities can replicate this experience by adapting the tools and presentations to conduct stakeholder forums in their communities.
